LaRonda, ha! Whenever the game is stopped for whatever reasons such as timeout, out of bounds, foul, etc, I look around the audience.
I learned the news from my brother who have a lot of contacts with Jewish communities around this area and told me that the proceeds on this game were gone to Israel school for kids' education. Wow! They may have made a lot of money by selling tickets!

Yes you are right. We witnessed similiar behavior when we went to the National Aquarium -- they had a special event for all Jewish people to celebrate Hanukkah at the Aquarium -- there were a lot of diverse Jewish people ranging from reform to Orthodox. They would stand in lines, not moving and it took forever to get in the building and they had a hard time getting everyone out of the building when it was time to close.
